Ab Workout Video ( 6 pack abs )

My good pal Jon challenged me to getting 6 pack abs. If I get them, he's going to buy me one big meal.

I'm using this workout video to get my 6 pack abs. Just my first workout and I can see the shape of my to-be abs.
