Cheapest Personal Trainer in the WORLD $50

I got my own fitness trainer. Her name is Maya and she's totally accessible from home.

Check out Yourself Fitness!, the fitness instructor right at home, in your monitor/tv screen.

Going through the fitness evaluation test already made me break out sweat! Looks like I am getting the figure I want real soon!

I've finally awoken. Good food equals to fried food is no longer true for me.

A recent chat with a good friend of mine had made realize that life is too precious. Most times I would ask someone, "Would you rather eat great food and die a few years younger, or never eat good food and live to a ripe old age?" The answer for me was to die younger and eat good food of course, but this friend of mine gave me answer C, which was not in my given choices, "Bad food will make you sick eventually, and everyone around will have to suffer, there will be immense medical bills to pay and family has to take care of you..."

I was awoken, I have never thought about being ill before... and so, my journey to a healthier lifestyle begins...
